At Quarters we are much more than your average Letting Agent / Estate Agent. We are a proud London based firm that specialize in all things HMO and Property Management. Starting from very humble beginnings our business was launched in the summer 2013 in a garage in Tottenham, North london. It's a testament to our service that we still have many of our original tenants and landlords that we first helped to rent properties to or for respectively in these early stages. In 2014 after rapid growth we secured our first real premises in Walthamstow East London which we still call home today.
Over the years we have built our business around values we believe in like integrity and trust. Also organically we have grown into a property management business as many landlords have in turn trusted us with their BTL portfolios to maintain and grow them.
Operating out of the London property market we have seen HMO’s and room rentals become a massive part of London's property eco-system and its been an area we have called home with many of our customers being working professionals that require rooms in well maintained, professionally managed HMO’s and Shared Accomodation. Due to our heavy work in this area we have gained much experience in most areas of the London HMO sector working with landlords on planning, licensing, renting, management, maintenance, as well as offering training to new property professionals about the HMO sector (within Lonodn and the M25)
We are still a growing business and working on many new exciting projects as the world of Lettings and Estate Agency changes with lots of new technology now changing the way we all work. However what has not changed is the need for reliable, trustworthy and quality Letting agents that care about not just making money but providing a good service to both tenants and landlords alike and that’s what Quarters have and will always be about.
